Oh hi, honey!
hi, i'm Mazzy, the owner of Oh Honey, spray tan artist, and certified pale girl who has personally experienced every shade of spray tan disaster known to mankind.
before Oh Honey existed, i grew up in cars. my dad ran an automotive cosmetic repair business and i worked with him whenever i could (literally, he once brought me in my baby blanket). by 15 i had started my own windshield repair business. i loved the work. five years later, covid hit and shut everything down. i pivoted completely into tech, where i've been working as a developer for a lead-gen company ever since. (i still work there monday through thursday - i told you i love it.)
in 2024 i married my wonderful husband, who loved cars even more than me (we bought a 1978 Porsche 911 one month after our wedding) and has been my biggest cheerleader through everything that came next.
shortly after our wedding, my health took a turn. this left me stuck on the couch and in pain, or arguing with doctors, for most of 2025. it wasn't until i had surgery and was diagnosed with endometriosis that i finally started to get my life back.
when i was well enough to think about something fun again, i asked my husband to spray tan me. i don't know exactly what i expected, but what i got was a process i completely fell in love with. i started researching everything, practicing on my friends, yapping about bronzers nonstop, and somewhere in the middle of all of that, Oh Honey was born.
i'm passionate about custom, natural-looking tans for every skin tone (no orange and no one-size-fits-all).
and because i know what it's like to not have the energy to go anywhere, i come to you. your couch, your schedule, your glow.
honey, you look good. let's make it official.
